Call for Innovative Proposals


Part funding opportunities are available for innovative proposals with research activities focusing on the development of new/improved products, processes or techniques using Ocean Economy: Ocean Technology, Marine Resources, Seaport, Marine Biotechnology, Maritime, Seafood, Shipping, Coral, Fisheries, Tourism. 
 
 
For What?
 
The proposal may be for any of the below:
 
  • A prototype (Click here for details on the relevant scheme: Proof of Concept Scheme)
  • A commercially viable innovative concept or project by a local company (Click here for details on the relevant scheme: Collaborative Research and Innovation Grant Scheme)
  • A commercially viable innovative project by a local company in collaboration with an international body (Click here for details on the relevant scheme: Research and Innovation Bridge)
  • A socially innovative project (Click here for details on the relevant scheme: Social Innovation and Research Grant Scheme)
  • A center of innovation (Click here for details on the relevant scheme: Pole of Innovation Grant Scheme);
  • Incubation of an innovative business idea (Click here for details on the relevant scheme: National SME Incubation Scheme)
